Continuous Dollar rise against Naira

In Nigeria, the demand for dollars by politicians and government officials is incomprehensible. Unfortunately, they do not need these Dollars for business but to hide their loots and illegally acquired monies. Giving out dollar to individuals is the worst of government since every international business transaction can be paid through Banks. Dollar should never be allowed to exchange hands domestically since it is not the local currency of the country. Any policy banning the use of dollars locally will reverse the situation.
